Matt is the owner of Drayton Communications, a life coach, author, corporate speaker, consultant and leadership expert with over 33 years experience in government and commercial commerce.

Matt has experienced many hardships, and has persevered to achieve success, happiness and a balanced life.  He became a life coach because he truly enjoys helping people discover what they really want from life and helping them create a path to get there.

Matt received his Life Coaching certification from the Life Coaching Institute of Orange County. Matt combines his military and corporate backgrounds to help you clarify and achieve your goals.

Matt grew up poor in an underprivileged neighborhood, Matt joined the military to leave his environment and become financially independent. Little did he know at the time that enlisting would lead to a successful military career spanning almost three decades.

Matt spent 26 years in the US Army where he led and mentored hundreds of men and women; he was also responsible for coordinating and synchronizing sensitive government missions throughout the world. Matt retired at the rank of Sergeant Major.
